Instructions:

Accenting Rub-On Transfers
1. Adding color and shine to rub-on transfers is a fun way to make them unique. For this project I applied the rub-on and then colored in the flowers using an Aqua Blue Copic Marker.

2. I then followed up with the Putty Copic Marker to dull the color just a bit.
3.
Next I added Frosted Lace Stickles Glitter Glue over the colored flowers to add just a bit of shine and shimmer.
